what to do when you feel angry or furiouse?

is hard to control certain emotions in life. sometimes we just wake up upset for no aparent reason,and we just yell at others and even say things we dont mean. is hard to even see thing in a possitive way when ur upset. ive been through a lot of changes and my reactions to numerouse things was wrong. i would normally just say wat ever comes to mind. not caring what others felt but wat i felt at that moment. i have even picked a fight with strangers in the street not caring about the outcome. the truth is i grew up in a negative enviroment where to argue seam normal. to pick a fight was normal. the truth is that is not normal at all. not only are you hurting others but you really are hurting yourself. you may not see it in the moment you are lashing out. but later on you will.

what i first did to cope with my anger and any other emotions was to seek help at a therapist and to see a spychiatrist yes and it those not mean you are crazy. it is so you can learn other ways to cope with situations in life. the ? i always ask myself is do they even take their own advice. hmmmmmmmmmmmm i always wonder that. anyways long story short i listen to music when i am upset. i even learn to bite my toungue sometimes. trust me is hard and it is still hard sometimes because i cant hold my toungue but i try sometimes. it is stilll a working progress i soppose. lolzzzzzz. stands for laughing. i also came across crochet and knitting and loom knitting. yes i use to suck at those things but now i have become better at those things. i am also making premy hats to donate to my local hospital. you just have to find something you enjoy doing and put it to use if reading a book works then read pleanty. another thing is learning to communicate with  others is verry important. learning to use words in a possitive way can lead to great things. because wen we lash out nothing good comes out. or if you are in a predicament where it is you and your spouse arguing and you know you are about to say things you dont mean. just say give me a moment please i need to think clear in order to communicate with you.

day by day i thank god for giving me the strengh i need to cope these situations.
